摘要:
为实现潮州市中心城区居民直达粤港澳大湾区,提升粤东城际铁路竞争力,本文以粤东城际铁路潮州东至汕头段为背景对开行高速铁路下线列车方案进行研究。粤东城际铁路采用自主独立运营模式,与国铁在运营主体、车型、运输组织模式、信号控制系统等方面存在差异,开行下线列车是一项复杂的系统工程。首先对客流需求和跨线列车开行方案进行分析,验证了开行高速铁路下线列车的必要性,其次以运输组织和汕头站工程方案为支撑,确保高速列车下线运行,最后对增开下线列车后方通道能力适应性和路网效益进行测算,证明了开行下线列车经济效益和社会效益显著。研究成果可对国铁下线实际运营提供一定借鉴。
Abstract:
To achieve direct access for residents in the central urban area of Chaozhou to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and improve the competitiveness of the East Guangdong Intercity Railway, this paper studied the scheme of redeploying high-speed railway trains on the Chaozhou East-Shantou section of East Guangdong Intercity Railway. Since the East Guangdong Intercity Railway adopts an independent operation mode, it differs from the national railway system in such areas as operation entities, train types, transportation organization modes and signal control systems, thus making it a complex engineering to redeploy high-speed railway trains on intercity railways. Firstly, the passenger flow demand and the operation plan of cross-line trains were analyzed to verify the necessity of operating high-speed railway trains on intercity railways. Secondly, the transportation organization and Shantou Station engineering plan were used as support to ensure the operation of high-speed railway trains. Finally, the adaptability of the supporting network capacity and the network benefits of operating such trains on intercity railways were calculated, demonstrating the significant economic and social benefits. The research results can provide certain reference for operating high-speed railway trains.
