摘要:
针对隧道下穿施工“活化”煤层采空区,坍塌诱发地表建(构)筑物损坏问题,以某小净距大断面隧道下穿废弃小煤层采空区工程为背景,基于有限元软件探讨隧道、煤层采空区及建筑三者不同位置关系对建筑的变形影响。研究结果表明,(1)隧道下穿施工“活化”煤层采空区,附加地下水作用引起多次坍塌叠加扰动效应,诱发地面坍塌及建筑损坏;(2)设计时应加强并扩大超前支护角度保护范围,加固中岩柱,施工前应转移居民;(3)建筑整体倾斜度较小,但变形较大,巷道与建筑距离越近,对建筑的变形影响越大;(4)采空区一侧隧道先行施工对建筑的影响小于后行施工对建筑的影响。
Abstract:
To address the issue of tunnel construction “activating” mining goaf and inducing collapses that damage surface buildings/structures, this paper took a small-clearance large-section tunnel crossing beneath an abandoned small coal seam goaf as the study case, and explored the impact of varying spatial relationships among the tunnel, coal seam goaf and buildings on the deformation of those buildings based on finite element software. The findings reveal that:(1)Tunneling construction can “activate” the goaf, with additional groundwater effects triggering multiple collapses and cumulative disturbances, thus leading to ground subsidence and building damage.(2)During design, the scope of advanced support should be strengthened and expanded, the middle rock pillar should be reinforced, and residents should be relocated prior to construction.(3)Although the overall tilt of buildings is relatively minor, the deformation is significant. The closer the tunnel is to the building, the greater its influence on building deformation.(4)The impact on the building is smaller when the tunnel on the goaf side is constructed first, compared to when it is constructed later.
