摘要:
针对我国都市圈轨道交通网络存在的枢纽集聚效应过强、网络灵活性不足、产业协同发展受限及“四网融合”程度不深等问题,研究环线铁路在优化都市圈空间结构与交通功能中的关键作用。通过综述国内外都市圈环线铁路发展现状,结合交通区位论“120°夹角规则”进行理论分析; 运用案例分析法,以成都、南京等都市圈为例,量化分析环线铁路在缩短出行距离、分担枢纽压力方面的效益; 并基于客流预测模型和多目标决策方法,提出环线铁路的规划理念与分段建设策略。研究表明,环线铁路能有效将放射状路网优化为“环 + 放射”网络,使都市圈内次要节点间绕行率降低25% ~ 41%,显著提升网络效率; 通过衔接多条放射线,可实现与干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路、城市轨道交通的深度融合。
Abstract:
In response to such issues as the overly strong hub agglomeration effect, insufficient network flexibility, limited industrial synergy development, and the inadequate integration of the “four networks” within China's metropolitan area rail transit networks, this paper investigated the pivotal role of loop-line railways in optimizing spatial structure and transportation functions. The development status of loop-line railways in metropolitan areas both domestically and internationally were reviewed, incorporating theoretical analysis based on the “120-degree angle rule” from transport location theory. By taking metropolitan areas such as Chengdu and Nanjing as case study, the benefits of loop-line railways in shortening travel distances and alleviating hub pressure were quantitatively analyzed. Based on passenger flow prediction models and multi-objective decision-making methods, this paper proposed planning concepts and phased construction strategies for loop-line railways. The research indicates that loop-line railways can effectively optimize radial networks into “loop + radial” configurations, reducing the bypass rate between secondary nodes within the metropolitan area by 25%~41%, thus significantly enhancing network efficiency. By connecting multiple radial lines, deep integration with trunk railways, intercity railways, regional(suburban)railways, and urban rail transit can be achieved.
