摘要:
中老铁路自开通以来,持续呈现客货两旺态势,对沿线区域社会经济发展辐射带动作用显著。截至2025年12月2日,全线累计发送旅客6 250万人,运送货物7 250万t,其中跨境货物1 600万t,市场培育超出预期,通道运能矛盾逐步显现。为应对通道能力日趋紧张的局面,在全面分析中老铁路通过能力现状及存在问题的基础上,结合开通三年以来的运输经营数据和现场运营组织实际,综合国内外铁路网规模变化情况,对新形势下的运量进行科学预测。通过对比研究增加车站、提高牵引质量、单线自动闭塞、双线插入过渡、压缩双线追踪间隔、单线增建二线等多种扩能方式,提出实施工程投资节省、能力适应性较强、运输组织简单的加站扩能改造方案,可满足未来客货运输发展,为中老铁路通道扩能改造工程提供研究支撑。
Abstract:
Since its inauguration, the China-Laos Railway has maintained strong momentum in both passenger and freight transport, exerting a significant radiation and driving effect on the social and economic development of the regions along the corridor. As of December 2, 2025, the railway has cumulatively transported 62.5 million passengers and 72.5 million tons of freight, including 16 million tons of cross-border freight. Market development has exceeded expectations, and the contradiction between transport demand and corridor capacity has gradually emerged. To address the increasingly tight corridor capacity, this paper first conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current capacity status and existing problems of the China-Laos Railway. Based on the operational data over the past three years and practical on-site organization, along with changes in the scale of domestic and international railway networks, it scientifically forecast future transport volumes under new circumstances. Through a comparative study of various capacity expansion methods—such as adding stations, increasing traction quality, implementing automatic block signaling on single-track sections and double-track insertion as a transitional solution, reducing headway on double-track sections, and constructing a second track on the single-track section, a station-adding capacity expansion and renovation scheme was proposed. This scheme features low engineering investment, strong capacity adaptability, and simplified operational organization, which can meet the future development of passenger and freight transport and provide research support for the implementation of the China-Laos Railway corridor capacity expansion and renovation.
