摘要:
本文借鉴利用既有铁路开行市域（郊）列车的成功案例，分析利用既有铁路开行市域（郊）列车基本条件，探讨利用既有铁路开行市域（郊）列车的实施策略，包括如何选择适合的既有铁路、确定既有铁路改造方案和技术标准以及合理组织客运和科学布局车站客运设施等。
Abstract:
This paper introduced some successful cases of operating suburban trains on existing railways to analyze the basic conditions for utilizing existing railway infrastructure to operate such services. Then the implementation strategies for running suburban trains on existing lines were discussed，including how to select suitable existing lines，determine the renovation plans and technical standards for existing railways，and organize passenger transport and the scientific layout of station passenger facilities.
