摘要:
铁路战略装车点的建设是铁路货物集中化发展在运输终端上的一种具体表现,是铁路管理体制改革深化的要求。文章从战略装车点的科学选址和合理布局,优化和再造铁路货物运输生产流程,监管部门转变观念辅助经营管理等方面阐述推进铁路货运集中化,以适应铁路运输新形势要求。
Abstract:
The construction of the railway strategic loading point embodies the centralized development of rail freight transport in terminal areas; it meets the requirement for deepening of railway managerial system reform. From such points as scientific site-election and reasonable layout of railway strategic loading point, optimization and reorganization of railway freight flow structure, as well as prompting supervision departments to sharing management, the paper gives a detailed explanation about how the railway is now centralizing the freight transportation to adapt itself to meet the new demand of railway development.
