文章利用有限元软件,建立了梁轨一体化无砟轨道有限元模型,分析计算了相邻墩台不均匀沉降位移、相邻墩台伸缩量之差位移、大坡道桥梁梁端相对位移和梁端转角位移工况下梁端扣件系统的受力。得出结论:固定支座侧的扣件系统所受的附加上拔力较活动支座侧的扣件系统要小,两者之比约1:4;对于小阻力扣件,当双侧竖向位移超过4 mm,或单侧竖向位移超过0.8 mm(20‰坡,温度跨度200 m)时,梁端扣件应进行特殊设计;对于常阻力扣件,双侧竖向位移超过7 mm或单侧竖向位移超过1.28 mm(20‰坡,温度跨度320 mm)时
Abstract:
In the paper, ballastless track finite element model of integration of beam and track is established by use of the finite element software, and the forces of fastening systems under different beams displacement are analyzed and calculated, including uneven settlement displacement of adjacent piers and abutments, the displacement of difference of expansion amount of adjacent piers and abutments, the relative displacement of the beam ends on large ramp bridge and the rotation displacement of the beam ends. The results are:the additional pulling force of fastening system by the side of the fixed bearing is smaller than it by the side of the expansion bearing, and the rate is about 1:4; For small resistance fasteners, when bilateral vertical displacement is more than 4mm or unilateral vertical displacement is over 0.8mm (20‰ slope,and 200 m temperature span), the fasteners of beam ends should be specially designed; For regular resistance fasteners, when bilateral vertical displacement is more than 7mm or unilateral vertical displacement is over 1.28mm (20‰ slope,and 320m temperature span), the fasteners of beam ends should be specially designed.
