文章以京沪高速铁路为工程背景,试验研究了不同掺量的矿物掺合料(粉煤灰、粉煤灰-矿粉)对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响,在此基础上进行了大掺量矿物掺合料高性能混凝土的配制试验,取得了粉煤灰-矿粉复合矿物掺合料50%最大掺量混凝土配制试验的成功,在水下基础、桩身施工中推广应用。同时,结合实际工程应用,介绍了大掺量矿物掺合料高性能混凝土原材料选择、 配合比设计、 施工工艺等方面的施工控制技术。
Abstract:
Abstract:Taken Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the engineering background, influences on the working performance, mechanical performance and durability performance of concrete from different amount of mineral admixture(fly ash and fly ash slag)are studied in the experiment. On this basis, preparation experiment of high performance concrete with large amount of mineral admixtures is conducted. Concrete preparation with 50% maximum composite mineral admixture of fly ash slag is successful which popularized and applied in the construction of underwater foundation and pile body. Combined with practical engineering applications, the construction control technologies, such as raw material selection, mix proportion design, construction technology and so on are introduced in the paper.
