隧道下穿既有线施工一般采用D型便梁加固既有线轨道,当隧道跨度较大且斜交时,一跨标准D便梁无法跨越,需要增设洞身支撑桩。后续拆除支撑桩风险大,洞内防水及二次衬砌钢筋绑扎施工难度大,采用增加三次衬砌较好解决了这一问题,即能快速通过下穿段,对节约投资也有一定作用。本文结合具体项目,着重于施工方案、工期及投资等方面提出下穿方案的一些思路,可为以后类似项目提供参考
Abstract:
Abstract:The double-lane tunnel is difficult to guarantee the orthogonal angle with the existing railway line. The standard D-type beam has a general span of no more than 24 meters. The middle of the tunnel is often required to set the support pile. Pile risk, the hole waterproof and secondary lining reinforced barbed construction is difficult, the program uses a double lining to better solve this problem, that is, through the next section, the savings on investment has a certain role. This paper, combined with specific projects, focuses on the construction program, duration and investment in several aspects of the program under the design of some ideas for future similar projects can provide a reference.
