摘要:
文章针对CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道砂浆灌注施工时的渗水现象,研究了CRTSⅠ型砂浆充填层的渗水机理及其对轨道板上浮、砂浆性能等方面的影响。结果表明:(1)试验小板砂浆渗水时间与环境温度有关,温度高,渗水时间短,但最终渗水率较相近;(2)板下砂浆渗水动力来源于内部铝粉发气产生的膨胀压力,且较高的温度能促进铝粉发气;(3)砂浆渗出水中含固量较少,依时间延长而降低,30 min后基本稳定;(4)实际工程中砂浆渗出部分水后,其硬化体试样吸水率和电通量大幅降低,均远小于室内模具成型试样,板下砂浆的密实性和耐久性得到显著提升。
Abstract:
According to the seepage phenomenon of CRTSⅠ CA mortar in grouting construction, seepage mechanism, influence on slab floating, and mortar properties are studied, the results show that:(1) Seepage time of small-scale model mortar is associated with environmental temperature. The higher environmental temperature is, the shorter seepage time of mortar is, and the final seepage ratios are close in different environmental temperatures; (2) The power of seepage comes from the mortar internal expansion pressure because of aluminum powder forming gas, and the higher temperature can promote the aluminum powder react and form gas; (3) Solid content in seepage water is less, gradually reduced over time, and tending to stability after 30 min; (4) The water absorption and the electric flux of CA mortar in practical project is far less than the molding specimen, and the compactness and the durability of CA mortar under slab are improved observably.
