文章以珠三角城际轨道交通工程为背景,对本工程23.5 m后张法预应力混凝土简支箱梁进行研究。介绍了本桥的节段划分、剪力键、预应力束布置等构造特点,研究了胶接缝节段预制拼接简支梁桥的力学特性。通过建立有限元模型,选取支座、支座附近胶接缝、跨中截面为控制截面,对结构强度和运营阶段受力状态进行计算。计算结果表明,结构的强度安全系数、抗裂安全系数、正截面应力、结构变形等均满足铁路规范要求。

Based on the inter-city rail transit of Pearl River Delta, a 23. 5 m post tension concrete simply supported box girder of the project is analyzed. Segmental division, shear key and prestressing tendons layout are introduced, and the mechanical characteristics of segmental precast simply supported girder bridge with epoxy joint are studied. By building finite element models, selecting support, epoxy joint near support and setting mid-span section as control section, strength of the structure and the stress state are calculated. The results show that the safety factor of strength, safety factor of crack-resistance, cross-section stress and the structure deformation all meet the railway code requirement.
