文章针对新建郑州至周口至阜阳铁路工程跨宁洛高速工点采用的(86+172+86) m钢桁加劲预应力混凝土连续梁,以位移荷载起拱法为理论基础,利用MIDAS/CIVIL建立钢桁模型,得出符合理论预拱度曲线的上弦杆调整值。针对简支钢桁常用圆曲线预拱度,上弦杆采用统一调整值的情况,提出了以位移荷载起拱法为理论基础,与温度法结合的简支钢桁上弦杆调整值计算方法。经过实际工程验证,得出该方法不需要数学建模和几何关系推导,也不需要过多迭代试算,可快速简便的确定符合设计预拱度的上弦杆调整值。

The model of the (86+172+86) m steel truss stiffened prestressed concrete continuous beam, which is used in the construction of Zhengzhou-Zhoukou-Fuyang railway project, is established based on the displacement load arching method to obtain the adjusting value of the upper chord of the theoretical precamber curve by using the Midas/civil. In view of the common circular curve camber of simply supported steel truss and the uniform adjustment value of the top chord, a calculation method of adjusting value of simply supported steel truss top chord is put forward, which is based on the combination of the displacement load arching method and the temperature method. After the actual engineering verification, it is concluded that the method does not need mathematical modeling and geometric relation deduction, and does not require too much iterative trial calculation, which can quickly and easily determine the adjustment value of the top chord conforming to the designed camber.
