桥上道岔区CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道砂浆层与道岔板及底座板间的离缝病害较为普遍。文章针对这一现象,结合砂浆层离缝破损病害特征,考虑不同离缝状态下不同砂浆层纵向阻力,建立非线性计算模型,分析在纵向温度荷载和列车制动荷载作用下的结构变形规律。计算表明,在植筋锚固前提下,当砂浆粘结纵向阻力大于理论设计值50%以上时,桥上道岔区板式无砟轨道系统受力和变形在合理范围内。据此采取板底离缝注胶和植筋加固相结合的处理措施。实践证明,能有效改善设备运营条件,提高结构耐久性。

According to the defect characteristics of the mortar gaps of slab-type ballastless track in turnout section on bridge, a nonlinear model is constructed to analyse the structural deformation law under longitudinal temperature load and train brake load, considering the longitudinal resistance of different mortar layers. Calculation shows that under the precondition of planting-bar anchorage, when the longitudinal resistance of mortar bond is greater than the theoretical design value by more than 50%, the load and deformation of the slab ballastless track system on the bridge are within a reasonable range. Based on the result, it is proved by practice that the treatment measures combining the bottom of the slab with glue and reinforcement can improve the operation condition of the equipment and the durability of the structure.
