文章以福州某车辆段地基处理工程为背景,通过室内配合比试验和现场成桩试验,利用室内无侧限抗压试验、现场量测、取芯和承载力检测等手段,研究了单轴和双轴、不同的水泥掺量、掺砂和掺粉煤灰、不同喷浆型式和不同的喷搅次数下水泥土搅拌桩处理海相沉积软土的处理效果。研究表明,单轴搅拌桩较双轴搅拌桩、浆喷较粉喷更适合大面积处理海相沉积软土,水泥掺粉煤灰的成桩效果最好。研究结果对采用水泥搅拌桩加固海相沉积软土具有一定的指导和实践意义。

Based on the ground treatment in a metro depot of Fuzhou, through indoor mix proportion test and field pile-forming test, and by means of indoor unconfined compression test, field measurement, coring and bearing capacity test, this paper studies the application effects of cement-soil mixing piles in the marine sedimentary soft soil under the conditions of uniaxial and biaxial mixing pile, different cement content, mixture of sand and fly ash, different types of shotcrete and different stirring times. The study results show that the uniaxial mixing pile is more suitable for large-scale treatment of marine sedimentary soft soil than the biaxial mixing pile, and slurry spraying is better than powder spraying,and the cement mixed with fly ash has the best pile-forming effect. The study results have a certain guidance and practical significance for the reinforcement of marine sedimentary soft soil by cement mixing piles.
