摘要:
既有铁路枢纽车站新建旅客跨线高架连廊,受电气化接触网和各类建筑物影响,现场没有大型起重机械设备施工条件;同时因列车密度较大,运行图中垂直天窗亦不能满足连廊钢桁梁吊装施工时间。为了减少施工与运输的相互干扰,规避施工和行车安全风险,确保施工质量,避免工期延误,必须采用与铁路运输和现场条件相适应的施工技术与工艺方法。针对这一问题,文章以秦沈铁路客运专线山海关站新建跨线高架连廊为研究对象,其钢桁梁箱体架设采用顶推施工技术,实现了接触网不停电、不封锁铁路线路施工,有效减少施工对运输的干扰,同时节省施工临时占地和建筑物拆迁还建引起的投资增加。
Abstract:
Influenced by electrified overhead contact system and various buildings, there is no construction condition for large lifting equipment for construction of the new passenger overhead corridor in existing railway hub stations, at the same time, because of the high density of trains, the vertical skylight in the operation diagram cannot meet the hoisting construction time of the steel truss beam of the corridor. In order to reduce the interference between construction and transportation, avoid the risk of construction and traffic safety, ensure the quality of construction and avoid the delay of construction period, the construction technology and methods which are suitable for railway transportation and site construction conditions must be adopted. In view of this problem, based on new cross-line elevated corridor in Shanhaiguan Station of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line, the incremental launching construction method is adopted for the steel truss box body erection to realize the overhead contact system can work normally and the railway line is not blocked, effectively reduce the interference of construction to transportation, and save the temporary occupation of construction land and the increase of investment caused by the demolition and relocation of buildings.
