简支梁在高速铁路建设中应用较为广泛,其施工模式主要采用现场预制、架桥机架设的方法。目前,各制梁场主要采用人工洒水和喷涂养护剂的养护方式,养护较不规范,存在功效低、人工依赖性强、养护效果不明显、重复投入大、设施损坏率高且不易满足冬季施工的问题。文章针对这一现状,提出了采用智能化养护技术,重点阐述了智能化养护技术的设计思路、技术原理、应用实施等。智能化养护技术不仅可以解决上述问题,而且明显改善了养护质量,减少劳动强度、降低投入,使得梁体存放、养护区域更加整洁,工地安全文明施工得到了显著提高。
Abstract:
Simply supported beam has been widely applied in high-speed railway construction. The construction mode mainly adopts on-site precast and erection machine. At present, the curing methods of beam fabrication yard are mainly artificial sprinkler and spraying curing agent, there are some realities such as low efficiency, strong dependence, poor maintenance effect, repeated investment, high rate of facilities damage and difficulty in meeting the requirements of winter construction. This paper mainly expounds the design idea, technical principle and application implementation of intelligent maintenance. The adoption of intelligent maintenance technology can not only solve the above problems, but also improve the quality of maintenance, reduce labor intensity and reduce investment, so that the storage and maintenance area of beams is more neatly, and the site safety and civilization construction has been significantly improved.
