针对复杂艰险山区高速铁路隧道内所采用的CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道,文章建立了CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道有限元模型,从列车荷载、温度荷载及基础变形等方面分析了双块式无砟轨道的受力情况,并结合工程实践经验,对不良地质条件下的隧道内双块式无砟轨道分块长度展开分析。结果表明:(1)当道床板长大于4.375 m时,列车荷载对道床板不同分块长度的意义不明显;(2)在温度荷载作用下,道床板分块长度不宜超过32 m,为尽量避免基础变形对道床板造成影响,道床板分块长度宜较短。结合既有工程实践经验,建议隧道洞口200 m范围内道床板分块长度6.25 m,隧道距洞口200 m往内,道床板分块长度为25 m,同时加强道床板与仰拱回填层之间的连接。

In view of the CRTS-I double-block ballastless track used in the tunnel of high-speed railway in complex and dangerous mountainous areas, this paper establishes the finite element model of CRTS-I double-block ballastless track, and analyzes the force situation of the double-block ballastless track from the aspects of train load, temperature load and foundation deformation, and in combination with engineering practice experience, analyzes the block length of double-block ballastless track in the tunnel under unfavorable geological conditions. The results show that when the trackbed slab length is greater than 4.375 m, the train load has little significance for the different block length of the slab; when under the action of temperature load, the block length of trackbed slab should not exceed 32 m. In addition, in order to avoid the influence of foundation deformation on trackbed slab, the block length of the slab should be shorter. Based on the existing engineering experience, it is suggested that the block length of the trackbed slab should be 6.25m within a range of 200 m at the portal and 25 m in the tunnel 200 m inward from the portal, and the connection between the trackbed slab and the inverted arch backfill layer should be strengthened.
