隧道施工废水的污染物主要以悬浮物为主,直接排放将对周边环境造成影响。本文以天目山隧道施工过程中产生的废水为研究对象,结合当地特殊的施工环境,选取4种絮凝剂(聚合硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝和聚合铝-阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂)对隧道施工中产生的废水进行絮凝沉淀处理。结果表明,呈酸性的"聚合铝-阳离子有机高分子"絮凝剂较适合于偏碱性的隧道施工废水处理。该絮凝剂的脱稳和絮凝效果较好,投放量达到30 mg/L时,施工废水中的含油量和SS的去除率分别为12%和95%。该絮凝剂去除废水中悬浮物的同时,也有效的去除了石油类物质,投量少、性价比高,适合隧道施工中产生的废水处理。

The suspended substances are the main pollutants in railway tunnel construction wastewater, and the direct discharge of the wastewater will affect the surrounding environment. The four flocculants (polyferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, aluminium sulfate and polyaluminium-cationic organic macromolecule flocculant) were selected to treat the wastewater produced during the construction of Tianmushan Tunnel according to local special construction environment. The results show that the acidic flocculant of polyaluminium-cationic organic polymer is more suitable for the treatment of alkaline tunnel construction wastewater. The destabilization and flocculation effect of the flocculant are better. When the dosage reaches 30 mg/L, the oil content and SS removal rate in the construction wastewater reach 12% and 95% respectively. The flocculant not only removes suspended substances in the wastewater, but also effectively removes petroleum substances. It is suitable for wastewater treatment in tunnel construction because of its low dosage and high cost performance.
