架桥机的纵向稳定性直接关系着架梁施工现场作业人员和设备机自身的安全,而架桥机的纵向稳定性能主要与架桥机结构类型、架梁工艺和施工现场条件有直接关系。文章分析了DJ型架桥机结构特点及其架梁工艺,并对该型架桥机架梁、过孔、首末孔梁架设工况的纵向失稳风险进行深度剖析,针对这些失稳风险制定相应的预防措施,对确保该型架桥机作业安全具有重要的现实意义。

The longitudinal stability of the bridge erecting machine is directly related to the safety of the workers and the equipment at the construction site, and the longitudinal stability of the bridge erecting machine is directly related to its structure type, beam erecting technology and construction site. This paper analyzes the structural characteristics and beam erecting technology of DJ type bridge erecting machine, in addition, the longitudinal instability risks of beam erection, through hole and end hole erection are analyzed in depth, and the corresponding preventive measures are made for these risks, which is of great practical significance to ensure the operation safety of this type of bridge erecting machine.
