既有铁路换梁改造中,为了在尽量不减小铁路桥下净空的情况下,保证新建桥梁的强度和稳定性、减少施工对桥下公路运营及铁路本身运营的影响,文章开展了采用正交异性桥面板钢箱梁替代既有钢板梁结构应用的研究。由于正交异性桥面板钢箱梁自重轻、结构高度低等特点,施工方案可采用厂内预制现场拼装架设的方式,加快了工程进度,有效解决了既有铁路换梁存在的难题,可为类似工程提供参考。

In the girder replacement reconstruction of existing railway, in order to ensure the strength and stability of new bridges and reduce the impact of construction on the operation of highways and railways under bridges without reducing the clearance under railways, the orthotropic deck steel box girders are used to replace the existing steel plate girders. Because of the characteristics of light weight and low structural height of orthotropic bridge deck steel box girder, the construction scheme can be adopted that the steel box girder may be prefabricated in the factory and then assembled and erected on site, which can speed up the progress of the project, effectively solve the girder replacement problem of the existing railway. It can provide reference for similar projects.
