摘要:
文章运用ISM模型对施工组织设计中可能对工程成本造成影响的因素进行分析。首先,绘制出各因素影响关系图;其次根据影响关系图构建邻接矩阵,通过矩阵运算求出可达矩阵;接着根据可达矩阵绘制树形分层结构图,明确展示施工组织设计中各影响因素之间的相互关系,及对海外铁路工程成本影响的层次关系;最后提出了通过优化施工组织设计来控制海外铁路建设成本的观点。
Abstract:
In this paper, ISM model is used to analyze the factors that may affect the project cost in the construction organization design. First of all, draw out the influence diagram of each factor; secondly, build the adjacency matrix according to the influence diagram and calculate the reachability matrix through matrix operation; then draw the tree hierarchical structure diagram according to the reachability matrix to clearly show the mutual relationship between the influence factors in the construction organization design and the hierarchical relationship of the impact of construction organization design on the cost of overseas railway projects; finally, put forward to optimize the construction organization design so as to control the cost of overseas railway construction.
