重庆至昆明高速铁路跨四川盆地、云贵高原及高原斜坡过渡段,穿小江活动断裂带,地形地质条件极为复杂,崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、高烈度地震及活动断裂、岩溶及岩溶水、采空区及煤层瓦斯构成了控制线路方案的主要工程地质问题。本文在现场地质勘察及相关地质专题研究工作的基础上,提出了高速铁路大高差上高原面减灾选线、活动断裂带减灾选线、岩溶区减灾选线、崩滑泥区减灾选线、采空区减灾选线、特殊岩土区减灾选线原则。合理确定了高县至昭通、会泽至寻甸等8段线路方案,最大程度降低了小江活动断裂带、岩溶及岩溶水、东川泥石流等对铁路工程的影响。地质选线效果显著,对在类似地质条件下新建高速铁路的减灾选线具有重要参考价值。

The high-speed railway from Chongqing to Kunming crosses Sichuan Basin, Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, plateau slope transition section and Xiaojiang active fault zone, where the topographical and geological conditions are extremely complex, and the collapse, landslide, debris flow, high-intensity earthquake and active fault, karst and karst water, goaf and coal seam gas constitute the main engineering geological problems that control the line scheme. On the basis of on-site geological investigations and related geological researches, the principles of route selection of high-speed railway for disaster reduction in plateau, active fault zone, karst area, landslide mud area, goaf area and special geotechnical area are put forward in this paper. Such schemes of 8 sections as Gaoxian-Zhaotong section, Huize-Xundian and so on are reasonably confirmed, which reduces the influences of the active fault zone of Xiaojiang, karst and karst water, Dongchuan debris flow on railway engineering to the greatest extent. The effect of geological route selection is significant, which has an important reference value for disaster-reduction route selection of new high-speed railway under similar geological conditions.
