摘要:: 在我国铁路建设中，后张法预应力简支T梁是应用较广、技术较成熟的一种梁型。目前，国内各铁路T梁场在钢筋绑扎胎卡具的设计和制作中，出现了质量良莠不齐、功能不完善，作业人员施工难度大、钢筋绑扎质量一次性验收率低的问题。针对这一问题，文章提出了"刀阵"式T梁钢筋绑扎胎卡具，对开槽工艺、梁体底腹部钢筋定位卡具、梁体顶部主筋定位卡具进行了优化和创新，解决了传统钢筋绑扎胎卡具定位精度低、定位功能不全等诸多问题，便于施工人员施工，显著提高了钢筋的绑扎质量、降低作业人员劳动强度、提高了工作效率。

Abstract:: The post-tensioned prestressing simply-supported T-beam refers to the type of beams that are used in larger quantities and developed with relatively mature technologies in the development of railway construction in China. Now, in the railway T-beam yards in China where steel bar binding jigs are designed and produced, there are problems of inconsistent quality and incomplete functions, difficulty for builders in construction and a low rate of one-time passing the quality acceptance of steel bar binding. Therefore, the "knife-array" T-beam steel bar binding jigs are proposed in this paper. The slotting process, steel bar positioning jigs in the bottom of the beam, and load-bearing steel bar positioning jigs on the top of the beam are optimized and innovated, solving such problems as less accurate positioning and incomplete positioning functions for traditional steel bar binding jigs. It is easy for builders to be used in construction, which significantly improves the quality of steel bar binding, reduces the labor intensity of builders and enhances working efficiency.
