随着全国铁路大力推广无人值守变电所,现有的直流电源系统已不能满足安全运营的需要。本文从铁路牵引变电所直流设备在线监测系统存在的问题出发,结合物联网技术,提出一种铁路牵引变电所直流电源在线监测预警系统方案,并详细阐述了系统架构,分析了系统组成。该系统已在重庆西牵引变电所成功试运行,具有监测全面、快速预警、云端上传等优势,再加上与现有系统兼容性强,改造方便等特点,可有效的预防直流电源系统事故,为牵引变电所的可靠运行提供技术保障。

With the wide promotion of the unattended railway substation in China, the existing DC power system cannot meet the needs of safe operation. Based on the problems existing in the online monitoring system of DC equipment in railway traction substation, and combined with the Internet of Things technology, a scheme of online monitoring and early warning system for DC power supply is proposed in railway traction substations in this paper.The system architecture is elaborated in details and the system composition is analyzed.This system has been successfully commissioned in Chongqing West Traction Substation. It has the advantages of comprehensive monitoring, rapid warning, and cloud uploading. In addition, it has strong compatibility with the existing systems and convenient retrofits. It can effectively prevent DC power system accidents and provide technical guarantee for the reliable operation of the traction substation.
