TBM因其具备施工快速、作业安全、机械化程度高等优良特点,近年来在我国火成岩地区长大隧道施工中得到了广泛应用,而受制于有限的超前地质预报手段以及无法进行有效的超前预加固,亦致使其在软弱破碎地层中卡机频发。TBM卡机原因众多,如穿越断层破碎带、岩性接触带、软弱围岩溜坍等;由于围岩工程地质条件的差异,TBM脱困处理方案也有所不同。本文以大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道出口平导TBM穿越富水构造风化破碎带出现卡机为依托,从富水构造风化破碎带工程地质特征以及TBM工法特点入手,重点研究了TBM自行脱困、高位处理脱困以及反向处理脱困3种方案,为TBM穿越富水构造风化破碎带提供思路以供决策,并为TBM穿越类似地层提供借鉴。

Tunnel boring machine (TBM) has been widely used for long tunnel excavation in igneous rock areas in China in recent years for its excellent characteristics in speed, safety, and degree of mechanization. It is subject to, however, frequent jamming in weak and fractured formations due to the limit of geological prediction and ineffective advanced pre-reinforcement. There are many reasons for TBM jamming, such as crossing fault fracture zone, lithologic contact zone, weak surrounding rock slipping, and so on, thus, the countermeasures of jammed TBM vary with the different geological conditions of the rocks. Based on the case study of the jammed TBM in the shattered weathered zone of water-rich structure at the exit of Gaoligongshan Tunnel of Dali-Ruili Railway, this paper introduces at first the geological features of the shattered weathered zone of water-rich structure and the characteristics of TBM method, and then focuses on three ways, namely TBM self-release, high treatment, and reverse treatment, to provide the ideas for TBM crossing the shattered weathered zone of water-rich structure, and reference for future TBM crossing the similar formation.
