高速铁路接触网系统设计需根据速度目标值,以特定输入下的动态性能指标为依据进行分析、设计与验证。400 km/h高速铁路代表当前世界高速铁路技术的最高水平,但此速度等级下的接触网系统动态性能指标尚待建立。基于此,本文以标准分析和数值仿真分析为基础,结合实测数据验证,研究了接触网波动传播速度和弓网动态性能指标等内容,初步确定了相关指标范围。结果表明:基于波动传播速度的接触网系统张力体系设计宜考虑承力索影响,适当增加承力索张力可有效降低接触网关键位置处的动态抬升;弓网平均接触力Fm目标值宜为0.000 47v2+60(N)≤Fm≤0.000 97v2+70(N),弓网接触力F目标值宜为0<F≤400 N。

The overhead contact system of a high-speed railway should be analyzed, designed, and verified according to the target speed of the railway and the dynamic performance index under specific input. 400 km/h high-speed railway represents the top level of high-speed railway technology in the world at present, but the dynamic performance index of the overhead contact system at this speed has yet to be established. In view of this, this paper studies the wave propagation velocity of the overhead contact system and dynamic performance index based on standard analysis and numerical simulation and by verifying with the measured data, and preliminarily determines the range of relevant indexes. The results show that the influence of messenger wire should be considered in the design of the tension system of overhead contact system based on wave propagation velocity, and increasing the tension of messenger wire properly can effectively reduce the dynamic uplift at key positions of the overhead contact system. The target value of average contact force Fm should be 0.000 47v2+60(N) ≤ Fm ≤ 0.000 97v2+70(N), and the target value of pantograph contact force F should be 0<F ≤ 400 N.
