铁路区间四电房屋通所道路的设计是一个系统性工程,印尼雅万高速铁路因其项目特点,在通所道路设计过程中遇到了一些国内罕见的困难与挑战。本文结合雅万高速铁路工程的实际情况对通所道路设计开展研究,首先介绍了雅万高速铁路的项目特点,然后结合具体工程案例,研究了利用已征用地、与改移道路结合设计、与施工便道结合设计、寻找替代方案等通所道路设计方案,最后在总结雅万高速铁路通所道路设计经验与教训的基础了,提炼出在国外铁路项目通所道路设计中应注重的原则及事项,以期为其他海外铁路项目提供借鉴参考。

It is a systematic project to design the access roads connecting the communication, signal, power, and electrification buildings in the railway section. Due to the characteristics of the project, the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway in Indonesia has encountered some rare difficulties and challenges during the design of the access roads. The paper studied the design of the access roads based on the actual situation of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway. Firstly, the paper introduced the project characteristics of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway. Then, it studied with specific engineering cases, the design schemes of access roads, such as using the requisitioned land, integrating to the relocated roads, integrating to the construction access road, and looking for alternatives. Finally, based on summarizing the experience and lessons of access road design of the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway, principles and matters that should be paid attention to in the design of access roads in overseas railway projects were extracted in order to provide a reference for other overseas railway projects.
