随着列车高速、高密运行,道岔钢轨病害逐渐显现并不断加剧,其中可动心轨辙叉区钢轨部件伤损尤为严重、频繁,严重影响列车的平稳安全运行,需要及时进行更换处理。为节约道岔更换成本、解决轨道车吊装能力不足等问题,文章开展可动心轨辙叉拆分更换相关技术研究,结合中国铁路广州局集团有限公司管内京广高铁铺设使用的客专系列、CN系列1/18道岔,对可动心轨辙叉拆分更换技术可行性与操作流程进行了分析研究;依托相关工程案例,介绍了辙叉拆分修技术的施工准备工作、技术操作流程、应急处置预案和关键操作步骤等;现场实际应用中也取得了预期
