本文提出了一种基于时间序列分析和模糊聚类分析的高速列车车速识别方法。首先,分析列车以不同车速通过桥梁时桥梁结构的加速度响应的差异性,判定了列车上桥和下桥的时间;然后,由时间序列分析建立不同车速下桥梁的加速度响应时间序列模型(AR模型),计算了AR模型系数;最后,通过对不同AR模型的系数进行模糊聚类分析来识别高速列车车速。针对某铁路桥的实测加速度样本数据,以已知车速条件下的车速聚类划分结果为依据,将未知车速的聚类划分结果与已知车速的聚类划分结果进行对比分析,成功确定了高速列车未知车速区间。
Abstract:
This paper proposes a speed recognition method for high-speed trains based on time series analysis and fuzzy clustering analysis. First, the difference in acceleration response of bridge structure when the train passes through the bridge at different speeds is analyzed, and the time when the train gets on and off the bridge is determined. Then, the acceleration response time series model (AR model) of the bridge at different vehicle speeds is established by time series analysis, and the AR model coefficients are calculated. Finally, fuzzy clustering analysis is performed on the coefficients of different AR models to recognize the speed of high-speed trains. In light of the sample data of the measured acceleration of the Ganjiang Railway Bridge, the unknown speed ranges of high-speed trains are successfully determined by comparing the clustering results of unknown speed and those of known speed based on the speed clustering results under known speed conditions.
