摘要:
TB10120-2019《铁路瓦斯隧道技术规范》进行了全面修订,其中揭煤防突是本次修订的重点。规范根据煤矿防突规定基本指导思想的变化及防突理念,结合铁路瓦斯隧道的特点,修订了防突揭煤相关内容。本文通过规范修订条文与煤矿有关规定的对照,对铁路瓦斯隧道综合防突原则、突出煤层认定、防突指标、防突措施、风险防控等方面进行系统分析解读,阐述条文修订的依据,有助于增强工程技术人员对规范条文的理解,更利于新规范的贯彻执行,确保工程的顺利修建,为铁路瓦斯隧道设计施工提供指导。
Abstract:
TB 10120 - 2019“Technical Code for Railway Tunnel with Gas”was comprehensively revised,especially the contents of anti-outburst and coal mining at the rock wall. Relevant contents of anti-outburst and coal mining at the rock wall were revised according to the anti-outburst concept,the changes in the basic guiding ideology for coal mine anti-outburst,and the characteristics of railway tunnels with gas. By comparing the revised articles of this Technical Code with relevant provisions of coal mines,this paper systematically analyzes and interprets the comprehensive anti-outburst principles,identification of outburst coal seam,anti-outburst indicators,anti-outburst measures,risk prevention and control and other relevant aspects of railway tunnels with gas,and elaborates the basis for the revision of these articles. This will enhance engineering technicians’ understanding of the articles of this Technical Code,faciliate the implementation of this new Technical Code,ensure the smooth construction of projects and provide guidance for the design and construction of railway tunnels with gas.
