摘要:
绿色环保可持续发展已成为全人类发展的共同目标。铁路作为一种大运量、低能耗、低污染的绿色交通工具,在建设过程中仍存在许多薄弱环节。本文从铁路规划、设计、施工、运营等全阶段,系统分析绿色铁路实现过程中存在的问题及解决措施。研究结果表明:通过实施绿色规划、绿色设计、绿色施工、绿色运营,以及构建绿色铁路保障体系,铁路建设项目能够实现从宏观到微观的全过程、全方位绿色建设,从而推动铁路的绿色可持续发展。研究成果对绿色铁路研究具有一定借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Green,environmentally friendly,and sustainable development has become a common goal for the development of all humanity. Railway,as a green mode of transport with high capacity,low energy consumption,and minimal pollution,still faces many challenges in construction. This paper conducted a systematic analysis of issues and solutions at all stages of the process of realizing green railways,including planning,design,construction,and operation. The results show that through the whole process and comprehensive green construction involving green planning,green design,green construction,green operation,and establishing a green railway security system for railway construction projects,it is possible to effectively realize the green and sustainable development of railways from the macro to the micro level. The conclusions offer certain referential significance for the study of green railway.
