黔桂铁路为西部陆海新通道铁路主通道的重要组成部分,其中广西段(南丹-柳州)受路网规划等因素影响,暂缺高质量客运产品,无法满足沿线旅客美好出行需求,而利用既有线开行动力集中型动车组作为本通道客货分流格局形成前的“过渡”方案具有重要意义。根据运量预测结果,考虑采用短编组(9辆编组)CR200J动力集中型动车组,并结合2045年柳(州)河(池)城际铁路建成及干线普速列车部分带流等因素,确定了本线动力集中型动车组的开行径路、对数与停站方案,分析了时间节省效益与能力适应性情况。基于西部陆海新通道内各线主要技术标准及运营特征,提出了沿线动力集中型动车组开行的初步建议。
- Abstract:

Guizhou-Guangxi Railway is an important part of the main channel of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. However,due to factors such as the road network planning,the Guangxi section of this railway(from Nandan to Liuzhou)currently lacks high-quality passenger transport products and cannot meet the needs of passengers along the line for a comfortable travel experience. Therefore,utilizing existing lines to operate power-concentrated multiple units as a“transitional”solution before the formation of the passenger and freight diversion pattern has significant importance. Based on the traffic volume forecast results,factors such as the adoption of the short formation(9-car formation) of CR200J power-concentrated multiple units,the completion of the Liuzhou-Hechi Intercity Railway in 2045,and partial load-sharing of trunk conventional speed trains were considered. This led to the determination of the operation route,number of pairs,and stopping scheme for the power-concentrated multiple units on this line. The time-saving benefits and capacity adaptability were also analyzed. Based on the main technical standards and operation characteristics of each line in the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor,preliminary suggestions are put forward for the operation of power-concentrated multiple units along the line.
