摘要:
伴随中国铁路的快速发展与客流量持续增长,铁路车站作为旅客乘车出行中的重要服务场所,其客运组织模式对旅客出行体验具有重要影响。为评估“验检合一”客运组织优化方案的实施效果,本文采用模糊积分评价模型,通过构建验检客运组织优化方案评价体系,利用模糊积分对优化方案实施前后的流线规划、运营效果、旅客体验、车站管理等多个因素进行综合评价。研究结果表明,相比于“验检分离”的传统模式,“验检合一”优化方案更适合现阶段铁路车站的客运组织。在此基础上,本文结合现场实际经验,提出智能化改进建议,为铁路车站进一步完善“验检合一”模式提供了理论支持和实践指导。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of Chinese railways and the continuous growth of passenger flow, railway stations, as crucial service points in passenger travel, significantly influence passenger travel experience through their transport organization models. To evaluate the implementation effect of the optimized “Integration of Ticket Checking and Identity Verification” passenger transport organization scheme, this paper adopted a fuzzy integral evaluation model. By establishing an evaluation system for the optimized scheme, the fuzzy integral method was applied to comprehensively evaluate multiple factors such as flow line planning, operational effectiveness, passenger experience, and station management before and after the implementation of the optimized scheme. The research results indicate that, compared to the traditional model of “Separate Ticket Checking and Identity Verification”, the optimized “Integration of Ticket Checking and Identity Verification” scheme is more suitable for the current passenger transport organization in railway stations. Furthermore, based on practical field experience, this paper proposed intelligent improvement suggestions, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for further refining the “Integration of Ticket Checking and Identity Verification” model in railway stations.
