文章以新建隧道下穿新乡火车站站房为研究背景,首先分析隧道-地层-路基三者之间的相互关系以及隧道开挖过程中交通荷载传递过程中力的传递方式。然后对隧道下穿火车站站房进行数值模拟计算,分别从地表沉降以及隧道水平收敛角度出发,得到隧道CRD法施工下,周边加固方案以及水平加固方案的效果;结果表明:周围加固方案要比水平加固方案相较于一般加固方案的效果明显很多,而水平加固方案甚至有可能加大隧道水平收敛,而φ600周边加固效果还是要优于φ300范围内加固效果。最后考虑到经济合理的角度,采用φ300周边范围加固方法进行加固。
Abstract:
Taking the new tunnel passing under the station building of Xinxiang Railway Station as research background, firstly, the relationship among tunnel, stratum and subgrade and the transmission mode of force during tunnel excavation and traffic load transmission are analyzed, and then the numerical simulation of tunnel passing under railway station building is carried out respectively from the perspective of surface settlement and horizontal convergence of tunnel. According to simulation calculation, the effects of surrounding reinforcement and horizontal reinforcement schemes for tunnel with CRD method are obtained. The results show that the effect of the surrounding reinforcement scheme is much better than that of the horizontal reinforcement scheme, and the horizontal reinforcement scheme may even increase the horizontal convergence of the tunnel, while the reinforcement effect within φ600 around the tunnel is better than that within φ300. Finally, considering the economy and rationality, the location within φ300 around the tunnel shall be reinforced.
