摘要:
炭质板岩具有遇水易软化的特性,当隧道通过此类地层时,隧区围岩自稳能力差,开挖后易出现变形坍塌,需采用特殊施工工艺,并辅助合理的防护措施,以有效控制隧道围岩变形。本文结合中老铁路会福莱隧道正洞施工实践,对炭质软岩地层隧道的施工关键技术、变形防治及质量安全控制措施等进行了研究总结,可供国内同类地层隧道工程施工参考借鉴。
Abstract:
Carbonaceous slate is easy to be softened by water. When the tunnel passes through this kind of stratum, the surrounding rock in the tunnel area has poor self-stabilizing ability and is prone to deformation and collapse after excavation. Special construction technology and reasonable protective measures should be adopted to effectively control the tunnel surrounding rock deformation. Based on construction practice of Huifulai tunnel on China-Laos Railway, this paper studies and summarizes the key construction technology, deformation prevention and quality safety control measures of carbonaceous soft rock stratum tunnel to provide a reference for similar tunnel projects in China.
