摘要:
本文通过对艰险山区高速铁路工务防洪工作特点的分析,结合高速铁路工务防洪工作的经验和教训,运用WBS-RBS风险识别方法,对艰险山区高速铁路工务防洪风险进行识别,并对识别出的中高等级风险事件提出风险管控建议,以期为艰险山区高速铁路防洪风险管控工作提供借鉴。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the characteristics of flood control for track maintenance of high-speed railway in challenging mountainous areas, identifies the flood control risks concerned by using the WBS-RBS risk identification method according to the experience and lessons of this work, and proposes risk management and control measures against medium and high risk events identified, for reference in the flood control risk management work for high-speed railway in challenging mountainous areas.
