本文从CR400BF动车组经由车体平稳性监测功能发现的故障案例出发,通过对CR400BF动车组车体平稳性监测及报警逻辑进行研究,确定了导致车体平稳性指标超限的主要因素为线路或走行部技术状态不良,提出可通过对关键数据进行统计分析来确定平稳性指标超限原因,并根据分析结果有针对性地采取打磨线路、轮对踏面修型或更换技术状态不良配件等措施恢复车体平稳性。此外,本文通过总结分析,提出建立轮对踏面状态、走行部配件性能等数据模型的建议,探索轮对踏面恶化、走行部配件失效规律,从而推动动车组走行部维修模式从计划预防修向数字化
